Self-assessment

How badly is execution leaking?

Ten statements. Answer honestly: Rarely, Sometimes, or Consistently. Takes about three minutes, scored instantly, and nothing leaves your browser.

What it measures

Ten statements, scored across the four things that decide whether strategy turns into delivered work. Most organisations are strong on one or two and quietly leaking on the rest.

Focus
Whether the list is short enough to finish. Can you and your leadership team name the same top three priorities, does anything drop when something new arrives, and did the last planning cycle reduce the number of things in flight?
Ownership
Whether accountability lands on a person. Every key result with a single owner, and teams able to trace their week's work to a company objective without squinting.
Cadence
Whether progress gets reviewed often enough to act on, and whether those reviews actually change decisions: work stopped or re-scoped, not just reported.
Feedback
Whether your measures track results rather than effort, and whether you find out in weeks rather than quarters that a bet isn't working.

You get a score out of 20, the band it falls in, and the two dimensions leaking most — with what to do about each. Nothing is transmitted: the scoring runs entirely in your browser, there is no cookie, no storage and no network call.
