Outcome Vectors is the independent consulting practice of Robin Hyman.
Robin brings over 20 years’ experience working across software engineering, delivery, and organisational change, supporting leaders and teams in complex, fast-moving environments across multiple industries.
His work centres on coaching individuals and teams through transitions into new roles, new ways of working, or new operating models. He is framework-agnostic, with deep practical experience of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and LeSS, grounded in real-world software delivery and change initiatives.
Robin has a particular focus on OKRs and operating model design, helping organisations create clarity, alignment and momentum without adding unnecessary process.
